Kailey Brenner is the Assistant Director of Programs & Partnerships at USC-MHS. She leads national partnerships, supports organizational operations, and drives the Center’s growth by implementing new collaborations and mental health initiatives across the sport community. A former Division I soccer player at Syracuse University and a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree in Sport Administration, she is passionate about strengthening mental health in sport and beyond through education and meaningful partnerships. She has managed key partnerships with organizations including the New York Jets, Minnesota Wild, Jason Garrett Starfish Charities, and the American Youth Soccer Organization, and oversees the Center’s National Athlete Mental Health Ambassador Program to elevate athlete-driven mental health advocacy. Her experience spans sport marketing, sponsorship strategy, partnership development, business growth, and operations management, and she remains dedicated to creating environments where athletes can thrive both on and off the field.
